This location is NOT open 24-7. The 3rd shift guy locks the doors, puts up cardboard in front of the counter so he thinks you can't see him, and keeps the doors locked. He sits in a chair behind the counter watching YouTube videos and pretends he doesnt see the customers trying to come in at 5AM. He opens up when he feels like opening up. And if he does open up for you, he is very rude about it.

Remember to check your receipts. I came up there today away from my usual 7 eleven and I seen that they charged for an item I didn't have. So I called 3 times (bc I walked there, didn't drive) and nobody answered on top of that they were serving burnt food and I asked the guy how long it been out, they couldn't even give me an answer. That's so trifling. Also they were 2 ppl at the store; why wasn't things that needed to be stocked empty?

Do not use their ATM. I used it 4/26 at this location and someone tried to use it today at another 7 eleven in park ridge while I was at work and had the physical card with me. The ATM probably has a card skimmer. Be careful.

Not open 24/7. The guy at the store puts up a cardboard wall and sleeps or masterbate (possibly both) on the floor. This happens between ~12-5am, every night.

The guy who works 3rd shift always have a attitude as if he doesn't wanna be here and always locks the door. He's been doing this for a while now and it's quite tiresome. He's never been pleasant and perhaps 7 11 should hire equate security for the premises if he is so concerned about trouble. I agree safety and self preservation is a must but being rude to customers shouldn't come with it.

Rude employees.
I don't mean to be rude but please learn a little English when working in food service and retail, so you can answer customer questions and concerns.
Half the time the guys behind the register just shrug and say "I don't know".
Half the time, the register is broken or not accepting cash one day or not accepting cards the next.
The ATM has been fixed this time and works.
Half of the customers who are in the stores do not wear face coverings or masks and the employees don't seem to care. They are still crowding in the stores and standing in the aisles. It's a very small store, please TRY to be six feet from each other.

Says 24 hours. I have stopped by 4 times this week at night, between 9pm and midnight... they have been closed every time with a sign on the door saying "closed for cleaning, will open in 1 hour." The dude is still closed for cleaning 2 hours later, I checked. If you need anything late at night, don't waste your time here. If you're closed every night, please just update your operating hours...
I have generally had great interactions with the day crew.

Worst employee works here. Rude, yells at customers especially the elderly. Always on his personal phone, completely ignores people and randomly locks the store during normal business hours to sit in plain view and do absolutely nothing. A lunch break or 15 min break I can understand, but this employee does not do customer service well. Which is surprising because it's a convenience store. There's two other employees that often work together and do a great job. He should take notes from them or find another job .
