I saw this restaurant pop up in a location that has been empty since I moved here. The menu looked really compelling, so I had to stop in. What we found was awesome. The interior is beautifully decorated, lots of good lighting and several separate dining areas for different 'feels'. All are beautifully decorate and spacious. The bar looks awesome, with the geometric cut-out shades, bold blue lighting, and nicely showcased wine bins. We chose several of the 'smaller' plates. These are all sharable portions for 3 people. They come with about 2-4 portions each. Highlights were the short-rib fritter and the cauliflower dish. Both were full of flavor and had a nice balance of textures and flavors. While there weren't many people here on a Monday evening, the service was very attentive, helpful, and courteous. We'll definitely be coming back to enjoy the food and drinks again, next time on the terrace, hopefully.

This place used to be amazing and it saddens me to give this place one star. They used to have an tapas style menu. No matter what you ordered it was guaranteed to be good. And we frequently came here. Now they changed their menu to being mostly lobster and steak. I thought it was just during restaurant week but they changed it for good. And when my boyfriend and I got our food it was not what we expected this place to be. You guys had an amazing menu before. There was nothing wrong with it. We love this place so much and we're very sad to not come back.

This place must be on the way out of business. There was no hostess. You have to wait for one of the wait staff to seat you and then take your order, very strange. The menu was changed recently and has fewer items. We had a dinner reservation at 7:30 PM on a Saturday (not late in the evening) and almost all of the appetizers on the menu were not available and a lot of the entrees were not available. I don't know how they expect to make money if there is nothing to serve. The wait staff said that "Surf and Turf" was the evening special. When we got the "Surf and Turf", it only had Shrimp and Lobster, no steak. I guess it should have been called "Surf and Surf". The wait staff didn't know the menu. The manager was walking around in sweatpants and didn't bother to talk with patrons. To top it off, the bill was $50 per person (for dinner and two drinks - we didn't factor in the "surf and turf" into this average) for a really terrible experience. I don't recommend this place.

Went there for a private event. I was able to try 3 different appetizers, as well as 3 different main courses, all of the food was excellent. The staff was friendly without being annoying, and the bar was top shelf. I believe there is a hookah bar downstairs as well but didn't get to try. Highly recommend!

Each dish kept getting better! Great music, delicious drinks and fantastic food. We had the skirt steak, lamb skewers and shrimp main dish and each was better than the one before! Our waiter was also very attentive, gave perfect suggestions and was a friendly guy! Super addition to Nyack's restaurant scene.
