Isolated by dint of surrounding demolition. Very clean and well preserved inside, belying the exterior. Bass Red Label on handpull, all the rest are pillar taps. Expect a warm welcome.
This is a proper old Leicester pub with a great history. Located at the back of Highcross Shopping Centre. It’s amazing that a pub like this is still standing which just shows it’s well used by its regulars. Only a small range of beers…but …

Decent pub. Had Bass on cask. The tiny beer garden was cozy.
If you didn't know it was there. You could easily walk past.

Members Club. Been a member since the 80's. A friendly place with a brilliant atmosphere for you to relax. Helpful and confident staff who enhances your experience of the venue. Good selection of beverages at reasonable prices. A nice selection of homemade food which compliments your palate.
Always friendly staff great atmosphere a true English pub with the best guiness outside of ireland
