Just visited for the first time since the refurbishment. Great service and the food is top quality Greek Cypriot food. It is the best I have had since living in Cyprus. The welcome is always friendly & nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We have been coming here for years & would recommend here for anyone wanting to eat good quality Greek Food.

If you are looking for some authentic Greek/Cypriot food in Nottingham then have a look at the Eviva taverna at Barker Gate in the Lace market district. The restaurant is in the basement and built like a genuine Greek taverna. They have an extensive mezze set menu as well as a good a la carte menu. They also have a good vegetarian selection in addition to the traditional chargrilled kebabs and steaks. They have a good selection of drinks Mythos and Keo. If you pick the right night there is both Greek dancing and belly dancing. All in all a decent Mediterranean restaurant with reasonable prices.
