Boost Juice

Horrible customer service. The guy that was serving us, i assume the manager or owner, served first all his friends.while i approached him 3 times asking what's going on. Didn't even care that i have ordered the juice for my 3 years old 30 min ago. And didn't put in the juice everything i asked for and paid for. Said well guess what u can't check it can u? An absolute disgrace!!!!!appalling experience. Never again ordering there

We had an EATS voucher and we wanted to use it to pay for our $14 purchase. The staff member took the card and tried a few times and said that card declined every time. We ended up paid by our credit card and we checked the credits while we were waiting and found that we still had $20 credits in the card. We showed the staff and they just looked at us like “too bad” it didn’t work. What kind of customer service is it? You should remove your business from all the voucher schemes because it’s a waste of money when we can’t redeem it 😡😡😡

Who is there at the store Norwood Mall Monday's-Wednesday. Very friendly and great customer service.It is quick service with a smile. Car Parking available. Plentiful.lower level &upper level parking available.
