Mcdonald's

Came for breakfast but had just missed it. The drive through was very busy at 11am on a Sunday morning. Not so many people eating in. Restaurant was very clean and uncluttered. I had a cup of tea and daughter had a happy meal. I managed to spill my full cup of tea all over our food but staff were kind enough to replace everything. Play area outside is close unfortunately. Gemma was great, interacting with my daughter and was very chatty. Would visit again as the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I’m stuck for words. McDonald’s is usually the backbone of the younger society with food and products kids have grown up on and birthday parties are made of. Sadly this restaurant ( I can’t vouch for other restaurants as I don’t visit many McDonald’s) the appearance of its menu with over 25% of its products missing and what it could provide was not what I could up to a level that the general population would eat or drink. I wanted a fillet of fish meal with banana milkshake and ice cream dessert, the meal ended up being fillet of fish with black coffee even though I asked twice for white coffee ( see picture ). There was plenty of staff around a visiting manager doing his work in the restaurant and a surge of drivers working for Deliveroo or Just eat picking there nose waiting in line, but this should have made no difference to the quality of the food or the variety. I could go to Tesco express a stones throw and get my ice cream and milk shake but I chose McDonald’s Airport and they either had supplier issues by stick with the same supplier or not purchasing from a different supplier to get enough in stock. I won’t go on as I am sure everyone has there own opinion of McDonald’s and this is my own review of the Airport McDonald’s Norwich not anyone else.

One of the staff here enthusiasticly greets every single customer that comes in and checks if they need anything and knows how to order. He remembers people's names and is generally very nice! It wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea as you usually know what you are doing in McDonalds(!!) but I think it's awesome that someone can be that kind and welcoming. 👍

Always hot food here, and never any issues! And despite my best objections, i do eat here somewhat regularly, which when compared to other mcdonalds sites in Norwich, I find the staff alot more friendly and as mentioned previously there's hardly ever any issues with cold fries or anything tasting reheated or anything.
