I work for a large company and we needed to find a restaurant that would do 250 boxed lunches for our employees. The Subway in Norwich CT was the only one willing to help us out. The Manager, Shay, was super helpful! She communicated everything clearly and went above and beyond to help us get everything ready to pick up. She did an excellent job and we will continue to go there for any of our catering needs! If you are in need of catering for any size crowd...call Shay at the Norwich, CT Subway! You won't be disappointed.

December 1st, 2022. 5 star, white glove service from the two working behind the counter. I was not fond of this location and avoided it for 2 years after a bad experience. These two dream team employees changed my one star standing strong review to a five star. Keep rocking 🤙🤙

The sandwich artist did a fine job on all of my sandwiches, and everything tasted fresh. My gripes are only with Subway discontinuing so many old & popular sandwich options that are loved by so many.
No Roast Beef, No Rotiserrie Chicken, No Roasted Peppers, to name a few. It seems they are also getting cheap with the $5 footlong & buy one get one free coupon deals too these days.

Roast Beef, Rotisserie Chicken and Roasted Peppers are back. ☺️

I’ve always had a positive experience at this Subway location. The staff is super friendly and they know what they are doing. They always let you know what the current deals are and make great sandwiches. It’s nice to have the consistency of great experiences!

Went there when it was busy and staff worked very fast and hard to get everything done in a timely manner. I had quite a big order and a girl with short hair and glasses was very patient and polite about it. She gave me good recommendations and was very friendly!

Went here tonight and I ordered a wrap and wasn't sure of the dressing i wanted, the server asked if i would like a recommendations and of course i said yes. Thank you Brandon for a great experience, very professional, polite and deffinately new his job well. The best recommendations ever it complemented my wrap perfectly!!!
