Departure Lounge

I visited the Departure Lounge Cafe in Norwich and I really liked it! The cafe is a nice place where you can get drinks and snacks. We had a latte and a cappuccino. They were both very good, especially cappuccino that was frothy and smooth. The best part was the brownie. It was super delicious! They warmed it up for me, and it was gooey and chocolatey. The cafe was pretty quiet. There wasn't any music, which would have made it more fun. But the place was still nice. Overall, I had a good time at Departure Lounge Cafe.

I've dropped in here quite often recently. Every time I do it strikes me just how friendly and engaging the team are. Lots of smiles and casual chat. Great coffees at reasonable prices and a selection of foods of which I can vouch for the Granola pot in the mornings or a ham and cheese toastie depending on the mood. It's a gem of a coffee shop made all the better by people who are passionate without pretences about what they do. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Great family run place to grab a coffee on the go or to have in . I love their oat cappuccino ; it is my favourite! The hot chocolate is delicious too and homemade :)best I had ! . Great selection of breakfast/ food to go and yummy cakes ! Croissants are baked on daily basis! Always nice and friendly customer service since I have discovered this little gem 2 years ago ! Love popping in for a little chat if not too busy . Never had a bad experience at this place , although they do get busy and sometimes it might take a few minutes to get your order, but it’s understandable as independent coffee shops go extra mile to make a perfect coffee and food and I honestly don’t mind ! It is worth wait ; plus it’s not Costa or Starbucks when you just won’t get that quality and you wait forever ! Prices are very reasonable compared to other coffee shops . One of my favourite places . Like the inside decor not to mention the toilet is always clean . My go to go place .
