Horrible service the lady took forever to come to the front and only to talk to the employee instead of assist us. The pizza took a while and when it finally came out it was burnt and hard and only 8 slices instead of the advertised 12. All the other trays were black and plastic and our looked like a lid for a cakepan or something. All the tables were dirty even though there was nobody here. Probably the worst one I’ve been to.

I come here because my daughter loves chuck e cheese. But Thanks Derick for ruining my visit. You have to make sure to buy a white plate if you want salad. I purchased the white plate but wanted to use the regular plates don't know what the big deal is. But thanks to Derick i can finally say that i doubt i will ever come back to this place. We already spend so much money here for something so petty. Besides all that Most of the coin games didn't work and their games need some updating.

Don't see the big deal about this place. Think the staff just got me in a bad mood. You can't use the regular plates to get anything off the salad bar cause they need to make sure you purchase it first. Don't see the big deal when we did purchase a white plate. We already spend so much money here. But after that little fiasco didn't enjoy the rest of my time here.

Terrible it wasn't even crowded and just everything was going wrong, service-took awhile for someone to take our order, the employees were just walking by us, ice cream vending machine was broken, dippin dot machine broken, I had to go get my own food at the kitchen window almost burnt my hand carrying the pizza pan, the guy that stamped our wrist coming in was the same guy helping us at the Prize counter, when we left he was checking our wrist to see if the numbers matched but he couldn't see the numbers he asked my daughter if she had a recent picture of my granddaughter so she had to show her phone Screensaver to get out of there. It was a horrible day there
