I ordered from Uber eats and There was a dead roach on my ice coffee.

The woman who works here is rude and slow. Literally 2 customers and she took way too long to make a hot tea. Asked for sugar she gave me a tea bag. I'm not sure if her family owns it but she shouldn't be left alone.

The price is reasonable but the customer service can be improved. There was no customers and I was getting my morning coffee from here since the coffee machine broke at my home. When ordering the lady up front did not tell me where to pick up my coffee (over the counter or at the pick up station I have seen people get their drink both ways) when I walked over to the pick up station to get my drink she gave me a dirty look as if I was annoying her by forcing her to walk a extra few steps. She was rushing although no one else was at the place. This place would have received 5 stars if it weren’t for the poor customer service.

Was in here this morning and 6 people in front of me had no mask on. This is unbelievable, why have the sign up if you won’t tell people to put on a mask.

Literally the cleanest Dunkin I’ve seen so far! And the staff is really sweet and my drinks are always on point. It’s really the only Dunkin I keep coming back to.
