Good food but the person at the front needs a personality boost. Very cold service and she CAN NOT COUNT BACK THE CORRECT CHANGE, EVER Lunch special on their menu clearly says comes WITH can of soda. It's $7.50 for the special, I hand over a 10 dollar bill and get back $1.50 . I just roll my eyes and now I'm looking for another place to order Chinese food.

Lady in the front is very rude. Food is alright there are better spots. I requested extra hot sauce for an order of 3 plates and was only given 1 sauce.

All I can say is shady. I went to pick up my order. The total was the price he gave me I went to hand him my card he says no cash? I reply no all I have is my card he goes there’s a charge to use your credit card ! Mind you there is a sign in front of the window that says minimum $20 to use card and another sign that says less then $10 dollars .35 cents charge to use your card.The amount of my food was well over $20 dollars. He turns around and charges my card the amount of my food plus almost $2 dollars more on top of the original amount. These people are shady and will not get any more of my business their passing their merchant fees onto their customers and adding in extra fees I will not be returning.

Rude lady on the phone hung up on my brother after asking for delivery. I called them back and asked her what was the deal of her hanging up and she started screaming saying that they don’t do deliveries. I continued asking her why she had to hang up on him and she kept on yelling saying that they don’t do deliveries. Her attitude was way out of line. I would’ve been willing to pick up but i’m never buying from here again.

The owner screamed at me for asking about my food allergies. He did not care to make a item with another protein, instead yelled at me for 10 minutes. Glad to know they care about patrons lives! WILL NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT EATING HERE!

The food was not bad but the service and customer service is horrible. When I called and placed my order it was delivered with the wrong rice. When I called back the lady started yelling and this was all over pork fried rice! Needless to say due to such a rude exchange I will not be ordering from here any longer and will take my business elsewhere. During this time/pandemic business owners need to understand that me or anyone spending money with a business is totally an option and not a necessity.

Today, 2 stars because the chicken was soggy. I go here often and besides their customer service, their food has never been bad. Today I ordered general tso chicken along with 3 other dishes for the rest of the family. The chicken in my general tso was very soggy and mushy. It was unpleasant to eat. The flavor of the boneless spare ribs was a bit off today too.

Worst chinese restaurant in Ct. Asked for delivery and waited about 40 min and food did not arrive. Gave her my address and the very nasty rude lady started screaming over the phone saying that i did not know my own address. After clearly explaining to her where it was and spelling it out for her letter by letter she kept saying that i was dumb for not giving her a correct address. I was in shock when she started speaking to me this way. I mean i am clearly a customer there and they have done many deliveries to me in the past but her attitude and being so aggressive on the phone was way out of character. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are so rude and nasty. They just lost a customer.
