Food here, in my opinion,is average at best. Last night , I ordered dinner for 4. They forgot my gf twice baked potato. After a couple years of covid, you would think they would have the carry out dialed in. At my restaurant, we triple check our carry out. When this happens, most of time you can attribute this to employees not caring. This place, in my opinion, has weird ambiance with the employees

I need to start by saying I came in with my family of four and parents a total of 7 we drove am hour away and we only come for special ocasións like today for my son’s birthday, so we walked in and 2 girls looked at us like we were strangers so we said a party of 7 then a lady 1 minute later comes and say yes can I help you abd again I said a party of 7 and asked us did you call ahead I said no so I felt a little uncomfortable but we were seated and Walked in after a table was ready then our waitress took our order and hardly ever showed up to give us more plates after our appetizers so we had to use the same plates for the rest of the food then we ask for a cake that we got no spoon or fork for and we didn’t get ask if we need any more drinks, we had a waiter name Dante who was an excellent person and kind that we asked if he can help us to get more plates and got us more drinks in our eyes thus probably happened because of two things it’s either her tip is already on the bill since we are a party of 7 or we looked Mexican and we did not get the service we would have liked it is really sad because I been coming for years and my kids since they were very little and to my parents to drive one hour away to have bad service I thank Dante who was not our waiter for being great at his job and mind you who didn’t have to take care of us because we were not his table please appreciate your great employees If it wasn’t for him this incident would have been worst for us. Dante was excellent with us he deserves excellent recognition and the food was great but unfortunately the incident made me give this place this rate

I’m very disappointed in this restaurant although I cannot give them less than 5 stars. Why do you open at 4 and close at 9? It’s NOT FAIR! I barely have time to order my pizza and I’ve been waiting for almost two years for you guys to change your business hours. You guys delivered to me all the time a thin crust with extra toppings, and your Italian beefs are off the chain! It’s not fair that you’re doing this! I’ve been ordering from you guys since I was 25 and I’m 40 now! I am a loyal customer and you can’t just do this!
