This place is great for vegan food. I'm not vegan, so it was kind of bland for me (I got one of their "burgers") but if you douse it in hot sauce, it's pretty palatable. Their vegan cupcakes are good, but let's be real: it's easy to fill anything up with sugar and make it taste good.

Relaxed living room vibe with a great staff open to discus their products and menu.
Nice selection of fermented and brewed bottles beverages, decent drip coffee, and a nice array of baked goods.
The vegan peanut sauced noodle dish I tried had some incredibly well seasoned tofu and a nice noodle, with a heavy but tasty peanut sauce and a nice selection of greens. A large hearty dish for the price.

So tucked away in the center of Florence is CafèEvolution
100% vegan Organic and owned and run by this adorable couple. Let's just say Lia Honda will now be powered by their amazing plant based food.

IT WAS AMAZING. So if you are in the Western Mass area, you have to give them a try.
And wash it down with some Yerba Mate. Not only is it tasty and better than coffee, but it also benefits a great cause.

The staff is friendly, even warm. Service is prompt but not rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed and artistic (if you think a vegan restaurant should have ambiance like a steak house, go elsewhere.) The food is consistently fresh, delicious, served in generous portions. The baked goods... out of this world! Although the business is committed to compassionate living, NO ONE gets in your face about it. Parking is limited, but if you go one block beyond, there is plenty of free, on-street parking. We rarely eat out, because we both love to cook, but this is the one place we do go <3

Love this place! Delicious vegan food! My favorite item is the special breakfast bagel sandwhich and the peanut noodles! I used to live out in Amherst and would go all the time. Now I'm in boston and only get out here every so often. I stop by everytime I am in the area! The staff is amazing and so nice! I am never disappiointed! The atmosphere is calm and cozy! Could easily sit, eat and get work or school work done!

Great selection of vegan and vegetarian breakfast and lunch items. I didn't try anything because I wanted the chili but they didn't have it today. Very laid back and chill atmosphere and staff.

Great little place! It gets VERY busy around lunch time so I would suggest getting there early or waiting until after the lunch rush!

Iffy facade, but nice inside, and the food is great. There’s even a piano that was played by a semi skilled dude. If you want dairy based cream in your coffee, you should go elsewhere. Definitely a nice crunchy granola joint :)

If your a vegan or wnat gluten free food, this is your place. I'm neither but I was hungry and tried it out and I'll say, not bad. The avocado sandwich is delicious. It's packed with avocados and delicous sauce, with a side of really fresh, crunchy and good corn ships. I also like the cozy environment.
P.S Cool pacman table, that's awesome.
