Best Greek food in North Tyneside, as well as amazing Sunday dinners for 11 / 12 quid. Food is fresh and delicious - and the portions are nice and big! Lovely staff and great service. Can't really recommend enough.

We had the opportunity at the last minute to eat some amazing food here at OPA. My husband had lamb shank that just looked and tasted he said amazing. I had the beef which was delicious, we had 3 courses and was amazing value for money. We will definitely be back and the staff were amazing really friendly thank you.

Went on a Saturday night (booked in advance), restaurant was busy, atmosphere nice, staff very friendly and helpful when ordering drinks and food. Excellent food, portions are huge, we were a table of 4 went for starters and mains, really struggled to finish the food there was so much, next time we'll just get 2 starters to share rather than one each. Prices are good and the quality of the food is great, all served by friendly efficient staff. Will be back and if your after great food in nice surrounding served by efficient, helpful staff I would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We ate dinner here on a Saturday night. The service and food was all top notch! Bread and butter was brought to the table. Had calamari for appetizer. So fresh and tender. Served hot and cooked perfectly. For dinner I had Salmon with orange sauce and a side salad. Husband had Pasta with sausage and wild mushrooms. Both mains were cooked with skill and we enjoyed our meal.

Brilliant little Greek restaurant in North Shields. Food and service is amazing. Plenty of room between tables for social distancing. Get yourself here you won't be disappointed

Opa has a good menu, with a wide selection of Greek and Italian foods, at very reasonable prices. We both chose Greek dishes which were absolutely delicious. It is decorated to a high standard and has a cosy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.
Very highly recommended.
