Wow. So I got popcorn chicken and some tenders. Tenders were okay. But the popcorn chicken came in a chicken-sandwich box. And it was cold and very few and definitely not up to par with their popcorn chicken I had before. And who, "runs out of ice"? It was around lunchtime. I can't even give it 2 stars because if I never plan to go back, how could I even slightly recommend someone else going.

I put a mobile order in waited a little then headed over.... now I was early so waiting wasn't going to bother me. What bothered me was being lied to like to my face ..... he looked me right in the eyes & said "We didn't get your order so if you could pull to the front we'll bring it out to you" if you didn't get my order why are you telling me to pull to the front & not asking WHAT I ordered? I wouldn't have even been mad I you said we haven't made it yet or whatever but to say you didn't get it & lie thats just ridiculous.

Gave me the wrong meal through the drive through, I went back through and they took the order from me and handed it directly to the right customer which just seemed really unsanitary since I had opened the food and then noticed it wasn't even mine. I got no apology about getting the wrong order... All one employee said was thanks for bringing this back so we did not have to remake it as the other employee walked over to give it to the right person.

Drive through or online order pick up only. I ordered the 9 piece Chicken only, and had to wait 35 min. as did every other Drive through order. Chicken was not available for immediate pick up. I suspect that it is fried when the order is placed. Dinner time 5pm to 7pm should have Chicken readily available.

They always have horrible wait times. I get off work early enough to go by 8pm and they never have any biscuits, limited pieces of chicken, forget some of my items. And the worst part is there customer service whenever I try and get it fixed there is sooooo much attitude. They are only getting one star because I have to put it to post the review.

I go to this location because they always had what I asked for, no worries or wait. Today when I went there they told me my order would take 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes before I went in to get my order. They haven't even put it together yet. I asked them to just give me back my money. It took them 10 more minutes to get the money, and it was short. When I told them they took an attitude towards me. I had to take a video of the event because I didn't believe what I saw. I will never go back. People that get attitude can't be trusted.
