Five Guys

Unfortunately won’t be returning to 5 guys, it’s a shame because my son loves this place but for the recent price hike ( yeah we noticed ) my order totaling over $50 id at least expect to actually get a burger! They have totally cut back on the quality of the product that made them stand out from the rest once upon a time, nothing to see here just a paper thin charred to a crisp “burger” 😐 two starts because the fries are still on point I guess 😑

This Five guys has out done themselves! I don’t mind driving 30 minutes to pick up some good food. The fries and milkshakes are really fresh and tasty.The environment is clean and well kept. I love bringing company here and always expect to get service. Employees are friendly and attentive. I will always pick this five guys for a late night craving.

Have been going to this places for 2years and the service lately is lass then average. Don’t give less stars cuz the food is really good but last time I call to ordered witch I usually do they put me on hold for about 15min.’ I got to the place still on hold their where only two people eating already no one else there to order and 6 people working. Not sure why I was put on hold to never take my order I was gonna ask why I was on hold for but I didn’t want my food to be mess with. Sorry but the place needs to hire better people to work there and give a good customer service. 12/26:2021 at 5:30pm

Agree with the other review. The fries are good but waay overpriced and a mediocre burger. You walk and look all the b"best burger in town" posting and get fooled. I got approx. 25 fries for $4. And these are "short" fries. They spill them in bag as if some extra fries are being thrown in. That's not the case. The burger was just ok. No flavor but juicy though. People seem to be nice.
