Hardee's

This is the Hardee's I always go to. The food is always good and great service from the staff here.im closer to the Clearwater location but they seem to open and close whenever they see fit and the 2 young guys working the last time I stopped by there got out of the car smoking a blunt telling me hey man,we closed.sad that's what represents Hardee's. Oh well,the edgefield Rd location is my favorite anyway!

There was a line this morning at the drive through and not moving very fast considering some of my previous visits. I order the same every visit 2 Steak Biscuits,1 Platter /sausage/grits and plenty of condiments and im on my way,with what looked like only one lady working and very pleasant. Today they had just posted a hand written sign at the speaker Cash Only. The guy ask for my order and if I'll be paying cash or credit i responded i guess cash from what the sign says with no responce back. At the window waiting approx 4/5 minutes and having 3 people working. My order was steak not sausage the biscut hard and grits im guessing that looked like crm of wheat soupy. Thanks guys for starting my day off wrong. Ill be heading to Clearwater from now on.

I went here to get dinner and Savannah Luke immediately welcomed me, my brother and daughter in a cheery voice. She was very helpful in helping me decide what I should get. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not expect service like this from a fast food resturaunt it was completely exceptional. To tol it all off the resturaunt was very clean and the food was amazing. I can say I have never had bad food at Hardee's. It is a great place to eat for lunch or dinner. The food is quality with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend going to this exact one if you want outgoing customer service.

I always order the breakfast platter with sausage and cheese grits. Their service is very fast to help you get on your way in the a.m. hours. The biscuit and sausage gravy is practically a meal in itself ! They offer jellies, butter, salt/pepper, napkins and all utensils for a true to-go experience.

The cashier that I had today was Fantashia and she didn’t have any good customer service. She was talking extremely low we couldn’t make out what she was saying. She acted like she didn’t want to take our order than had the nerve to catch an attitude. Messed up our order completely and walked away. I believe the older lady was the manager and she stepped on and fixed it. This was just sad I didn’t appreciate the service I received. If she didn’t want to work she shouldn’t have came in to work she never know what the next person is going through.
