Ruby Tuesday

For kindness, I am omitting an incident with a little surprise in my food. My server was doing the best she can. The place 9 tables with two waitresses. The bar was tending to two customers. The place needed cleaning, for the booths and tables. They smelled of stale food, over and over. Again they did the best to clean but with limited staff, like most places, it isn't working. My first at any restaurant, was seeing a dog at a restaurant sitting at the table!! (see photo) As for my dinner, the chicken breast was not seasoned and some sauce pour over the top. It wasn't appealing or appetizing. 😮‍💨

Not really sure where to start. Had a horrible experience with the other Ruby Tuesday in the overall area, figured I would give this one a try. Big mistake. I am now convinced that the entire Ruby Tuesday chain is just falling down a cliff. Waitress was nice. The overall atmosphere and staff is very grim, as in very depressing. No one seems happy and just seems to be in a very depressed mood. The food was worse than chain fast food restaurants. I mean that to the fullest extent. It was bad. I got the chicken sandwich with fries and my wife got the Ruby Tuesday Sampler. My chicken was absolutely like rubber, as if it had been reheated multiple times, the bread was so stale, that it literally was just falling apart as I took a bit, the bacon on my sandwich was so rubbery and chewy,the fries were just mushy and gross. The only thing I ate out of my entire meal was the rubber chicken off of the sandwich. Every else was left on my plate. My wife's Chicken tenders were so hard and chewy that she could not eat them. This was probably the worst food that I have had in a long time. I am fully convinced that the entire Ruby Tuesday chain is just giving up and shutting down. I would rather eat off of the dollar menu at one of the fast food chain places, than to eat here. I mean that literally. I can not stress enough how serious I am being. I am a big time food person that eats out at least five times per week. I've been to a lot of good places and hate to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I am telling you to turn around and go somewhere else. This was absolutely terrible.

I ask for well done steak,and as I was finishing up eating it it was pink inside and out🙄I ask for zucchini,,( but I get this burnt up s***(and this is what I get)++++wth++++and the waiter saids she didn't recognize it how it looked😒🙄😮‍💨😤( if you get the food and you bring it out+++ you got to recognize it,😒😒😒😒😒😒) so I ask for broccoli++++++++I was very polite to sit there and be calm with this food,but y'all were wrong for even serving that s***🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄😤😤😤😤😤What a meal+++++Happy Birthday Hubby anyway,🥰😘😍🤩🥳🎂🍧🎉🎊🎈🎀🎁🎇🎆

The food was good , but it took 60 minutes for us to get it. The prices were high, and they should have spaced out seats better. A guest sat behind us, coughing furiously. Also, they were out of fries and philly steak, which was rather disappointing, since that's what we wanted. The salad bar was great.

Was there about 2 weeks ago worst experience in quite sometime. Took forever to get the food(short staffed apparently and call ins take precedence apparently) got the food order was made wrong. While explaining it server walks off to go get it fixed very rude. Also off duty employees who come to eat need to eat and leave not hang out in and out of the kitchen when kitchen is backed up enough. And also they should not be loud and belligerent while announcing they work there. Used to love this location not anymore
