Mcdonald's

Very impressed with the quality of service and the manager here. The service was super quick and the restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked and the person that brought our food to our table was very courteous. This McDonald's is located in a great location. Not too far from the highway nor the University of Oklahoma. If you go to OU you could just walk here or ride a bike. Give it a try you will be impressed. This place takes pride in making sure it’s made fresh and Always accurate. Ask for your receipt like always. If something is missing cause a fry is usually the culprit at this place. There is so many people coming in faking that something is missing or not right. I have seen multiple times that a person walks in claiming something missing. They ask for receipt and they give them one from another city. The people just want free food

You know, this has been an issue with this restaurant for quite some time. I went there today and simply ordered a number 2A; quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. I should have checked my bag before I left but I was in a hurry and quickly left to get back to work. When I got back to work, I had a spicy chicken sandwich! Now I've nothing against foreign workers but it so hard when there is a communication blackout. I repeated my order 3 times to make sure the guy got it and finally thought that he did but I was wrong. I understand all Americans have to work but when someone is working drive through, they should at the very least be competent at taking the orders. As I said this has happened before and its frustrating when you have to work so hard just to place the order but regardless I'm just done with this location

I ordered the 10 piece mcnugget meal with a sprite, and a mcdouble meal with a coke, and a bundle. That means 2 cheeseburgers, 1 mcdouble, 20 nuggets, 4 fries, and 2 drinks. After repeating my order 3 times at the window to the employee and management I still was missing a drink and 1 French fry. I explained AGAIN what i ordered and i was given a small sprite and no extra order of fries and when i asked about the fries i was told i didn't order it. They were very un friendly and unprofessional. The only reason i patron this restaurant is because it is down the street. I am tired of cold food and subpar service from this location.
