One of the best McDonald's in the OKC metro area. Store is very clean. Food is fresh. I can tell they change oil frequently. Fries and nuggets don't taste bitter here. Very clean play gym as well!

When I ordered, he took the order wrong. When I corrected him he just said yeah ok and kept it wrong. Then at the window they quickly handed the bag and drinks to me with a "here" and just closed the window quickly. The service at this location used to be really good but it has gone down recently.

We have updated our McDonald's here now to have two lines. It is even more fast and convenient. The employees are very nice and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious 😋

Ordered two happy meals. Told them white and chocolate milks. They did not tell us when we ordered them. Later there is no white milk. Refunded back. Just let us know before we order.

Rude staff. First one didn't speak English. Second one seemed annoyed that I couldn't get straight with the fist one. The drive through window slammed in my face so I parked for 3 minutes later a third employee asked me what my problem was, then blew me off when I told her. Very not pleased

Missing condiments, the my McChicken was bread and chicken. Nothing else. We asked for Buffalo sauce as well and we'll yeah that was non existent.

It was awesome service being that the computer & rewards was messed up...the manager still gave Me the reward. And I was being nosey & heard she did the same for another customer....the best McDonald's in Norman

Super nice! Lightning fast⚡ speed of service. Always clean, always hot🔥 and fresh and everyone is working hard 💪each time I go. Kudos to management. They on point. All Latino staff. 🇲🇽🇸🇻🇬🇹🇭🇳All respectable. And all happy to be working legally in America.🇺🇸Best McDonald's in Norman. Hands down. 🙌
