I am extremely disappointed in the hiring process here. I waited for someone to assist me after 3 times of ringing the bell and they seemed so put out to have to help me. Took a total of 8 minutes to make one singular sandwhich and when he folded it, every single ingredient fell out and he continued to wrap up the sub like it did not matter. I asked him to undo it and put my ingredients back in, and seemed put out yet again. Not to mention, their drive thru is ALWAYS closed. Never had great service there other than when the manager is working.

I think they got rid of the rude girl who would argue with you trying to tell you what you ordered when you know what you said, then she tells you three times she already made it the way you didn't ask for it like we need to take whatever she makes. After that she forgot part if the order. The last couple times we had a really nice guy that made sure he did everything just right. As ling as the girl is gone, this is the place to go to if not the one in Moore

We just had the kindest young men who compiled our sandwich order this evening. Especially the young man wearing glasses.
I was having a very difficult time trying to keep myself together as my family member is dying in the local hospital. I don’t know how this young man’s heart knew how badly my heart was breaking this evening. He just did and his beautiful kindness just left me speechless. God Bless you. I wish you success in your life. Just don’t ever lose that beautiful heart and soul you have.

10/9. Sammiches here are exactly as I've ordered them. Had a bad experience once with a wrap being rather skimpy and without the cheese ID ordered about 4 months ago but management really did a great job fixing that kind of problem. Been eating here twice a week since 5/21.

Usually my experience is great but today I got my sandwich with something I didn’t order which was lettuce! (Easier to drive with no lettuce) I always get the same sandwich, a spicy Italian on flatbread with pepper jack cheese toasted, but I didn’t get the pepper jack cheese and it wasn’t toasted! The weird thing is we talked about it being toasted when I ordered! Anyway I was disappointed not that big a deal but I’m glad I didn’t get a foot long!

I've not experienced energy like this at really any other place that I've been to. The environment was actually FUN. The two guys that were working line definitely enjoyed their job and made you feel like a friend just being there. The food was about what you'd expect from a Subway, except these guys actually tossed out the ugly veggies from your sandwich (which to me is unheard of).
I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're looking for a sandwich.
And the word they're looking for is *perfect*. IYKYK.
