Mcdonald's

The customer service was terrible. The ladies I encountered were unprofessional. The bathroom smelled horrible. Like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Theirs a bathroom sign off sheet on the door for employees to sign off when they check the bathroom well I wasn’t surprised to see it was blank. The 3 hand sanitizer dispensers in the restaurant were empty. I will drive further to get better service and a cleaner environment.

Deep morale and attitude issues here! Curbside delivery was TOTALLY unfriendly with an apparent supervisor (in blue uniform shirt) shoving my food in my hands, NOT saying anything for gratitude for stopping by, and then STOMPING back into the “Golden Arches”. *** I guess this person, and a few others, need attitude checks before clocking into work. I will continue to patronize here—-just to drive the supervisors and managers nuts because they seem to have a personal angst against me for an apparent discriminatory reason. ***

Your very typical mcdonalds. Like every other fast food place, every visit will probably be different and inconsistent. Very rarely have issues here though, the long-term staff are extremely kind. You may have a kid mess up your order, but don't hate on them too much, they're trying their best to learn.

Poor service. Took also 20 minutes to get 2 quarter pounders. There was only one car in front of me. When they left still took over 15 minutes. This was at 7:40 pm. Over three people working- one walking around- one sort of cleaning and the other working on what I guess were take out orders. I had to honk horn to get attention and was told they are cooking. Service is getting worse each time I go time to go elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!!!

They really charged me 33 cents for one sweet and sour sauce for my meal. And it was covered in a mysterious substance. Not pleased at all with this type of service. I can understand if I wanted multiple but all I wanted was one! And 33 cents for one!? That's seems wild! McDonald's is getting more expensive and decreasing in quality on every visit! Not happy!!! 1 star.
