Super Pathetic. The person who manages the counter is such a jerk. I ordered for a Hot Chocolate Fudge. This guy rolled two strips of ice cream into two rounds and put it in the glass. Then he scooped out a good dollop of ice cream and rested it over two hollow scoops that I just mentioned. So, he gave as much as two scoops only in place of three. I was standing there and seeing him make the ice cream. When I pointed this out to him, he started arguing. I pressed down the top scoop of the prepared HCF with a spoon and it all went down to half the glass (without even eating it for once). Infact, before placing order, when I wanted to taste a couple of ice creams, he gave ant-size portions on the spoons. I could barely judge the flavours and which one I would go for.<br/>*All in all, my money was wasted. If the team of Nirulas is reading this, please refund the money or give me a good well prepared HCF for the price you charged me.*

Extremely bad service, incompetent staff, overpriced ice creams and bad preparation. Had death by chocolate just now, none of the 3 flavours tasted different and the staff kept giving excuses. Pls avoid this place, save money and spend elsewhere. It's written "NO BILL NO PAYMENT" but the guy at counter says "sir pehle paytm Kar do tabhi to Bill me reflect Hoga and tabhi niklega print". I really fill burgers are the best thing to have especially when you are hungry because burger from nirula's are so heavy that when you have one you are totally full and not only full you enjoy eating also. I had maha burger and fries today the mustard sauce was a plot twist which i didn't liked.

I recently tried their yummy 😘 icecream and I think, this outlet is one of the finest option available in Noida.<br/>It's our first choice for icecream and they are really good at it.<br/><br/>I TRIED<br/><br/>SPECIALLY JAFRANI BADAM PISTA : perfect combination of badam and pista and generous amount of nuts added over the top.<br/><br/>ILAICHI PISTA : perfect flavour of ilaichi , you can get really some nice icecream.<br/><br/>The menu is vast and tempting. I had an amazing time at Nirula's. Will definitely visit again to try more items from their menu.<br/>

Tasty & Yummy the menu is!<br/>Ordered Chocolate Mud Pie Ice Cream and Belgian Chunky Choco Chip Ice Cream with Waffle Cone!<br/>They do have tonns of options in the menu but me being a die hard chocolate fan ended up ordering these.<br/>Yummiest is the word i would use...and the Waffle Cone was fresh & Crunchy!<br/>Taste of Ice Creams by Nirula's are perfect & the texture is rich and smooth!

PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING! Please stop calling yourself an "ice cream" parlour and actualy just shut shop and stop existing. <br/>I ordered a brownie ice cream from here, just because my go-to for fudge brownie ice cream- McDonalds was not delivering at the moment. I thought that since Nirulas is charging more than double for the same thing, and it is exclusively an ice cream parlour, the product would be better than expected and maybe even beat McDonalds to it. What I get for 226/- is 2 small chunks of brownie floating in less than a cup of WATERY chocolate "ice-cream" with the hot fudge sauce so messily added that it was all around the packing instead of inside on the brownie and the wrapping. It looks so disgusting that it has killed my appetite and my mood. The excuse of difficulty in home delivery ice cream really does not stand as Mc Donalds manages to do it perfectly each and every time. Probably if Niruals would try less on cheating customers by watering down the ice cream it would make less of a mess. 20 minutes in the freezer and it is still complete water. If there were some ice cream in it, it would freeze. Beg for money instead of peddling this SERIOUS BULLSHIT, that's a better idea for your business

Scoops were not adequately put up..it was a single scoop fudge while a double scoop was ordered..until and unless i don’t call and double check with the restaurant for proper scoops being served, nirulas usually serves poorly/unsatisfactorily on online orders though its ice creams are the best in taste👌🏻..Please check and ensure for future..Thanks

Like any normal Indian, I grew up on a regular diet of Hot Chocolate Fudge from Nirula's. It is my personal opinion that on a good day, God must've realised that there was no dessert equivalent to Ambrosia on earth. Then he created the HCF from Nirula's.<br/>I'm grateful to the Nirula's god's that the HCF has not changed over the years. It's become only better. I now always choose to create my own sundae and ask for the HCF made with chocolate ice cream instead of the vanilla.<br/>It's God's blessing to mankind!

The delivery was punctual and considering that we had ordered ice-cream, the parcel arrived in decent condition.<br/>We had ordered:<br/>Hot Chocolate Fudge(Double Scoop): really really disappointing. the quantity is less than half of what it used to be. the quality has gone far down. I love Icecreams and Nirulas has to be my all time favourite. The thing that keeps me going back to this ice cream parlour is the childhood memories charm. As a kid I used to wait for my report card to come in and bag me a Nirulas sundae.<br/>They have amazing variety of delicious flavours that you can scoop it up in a cone or carry out in a cup.<br/>I love their Nutty Butty which is kind of a meal in itself. Delicious chocolate and nuts coating that unearths the creamiest of vanilla.<br/>When you say Sundae you say Nirulas. Their hot chocolate fudge and banana split are always going to be my comfort food and source of happiness.

A good place to have deserts after dinner. The USP of Nirula' s is NuttyBuddy(4.0) and hotChocolateFudge(4.7) the flavour are as good as any other shop of this chain. The servers were were good(4.5) and place is small but neat.
