Eastern Buffet

The employees need to have better etiquette. When the man who owns or runs the restaurant is not there or is off for the night it seems like the staff has an attitude problem towards some customers. Last night me and my fiance wanted to be seated somewhere else in the restaurant we just wanted a nice quiet family dinner. We asked to be seated in an area where nobody was sitting. The hostess or lady at the front counter tried to seat us somewhere else and we respectfully declined she rolled her eyes at us and sat us where we wanted to be seated .. when we went to leave and I WAS PAYING FOR OUR MEAL I asked her if she could throw my receipt out she doesn't answer me and slammed her hand on top of my receipt so I grabbed it and left. Your employees need to be more polite towards your paying customers I've never had an issue in the 20 or so years I've been coming to your business NOT COUNTING the last time I reported one of your waitresses for disrespecting my fiance as he was finishing his meal looking into his dish seeing how long it would take him to eat and then speaking in your native tougue about him. Trust me I know what you said . I will not be returning to this establishment . Its heart breaking for me to write this post . I hope your customer service issue improves.

I've been coming here for a couple of years since our go-to restaurant in the Youngstown area isn't yet open for dine-in. Sometimes, the food is good and other times it is not. It's very hit or miss. My mother and I get lunch here sometimes when I am in town and we decided to today and regretted it. The food was VERY slimy and greasy. The dessert/ice cream station was very dirty and felt grimy. Other times, the food tastes good and the restaurant is clean.

This is my favorite chines restaurant. The sushi is really good for the price, and so is everything else. I haven't tasted one thing on their menu that wasn't delicious! Next time we go I'll take some pics, but even without images, I highly recommend if you're a fan of Asian food. And make sure you try the egg custard, it is one of the most delicious things I've ever had! Even my mom was blown away by how good it was! And the staff are all really friendly and polite as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
