Taco Bell

The daytime staff at this location are very kind and courteous. They were extremely busy, had about 4 orders waiting in the lobby for dine in, many cars in the drive through, and had to accommodate DoorDash orders as well. You could tell they were working very hard. They cleared the lobby orders out quickly, we got our food after about 10 or so minutes. All of our food was hot, put together well, and our order was 100% correct. The staff here work hard during busy times and that needs to be recognized.

Been going here for a long time. Lately the quality has been getting worse and worse. From cold food to inaccurate orders, to my Quesadilla not being cut. Went a couple of times to find out they closed early that day. Wasn't a huge deal, I could just go somewhere else. This just tells me that this Taco Bell is horribly mismanaged. They barely have enough workers to keep this place open and the owners are probably wondering why. I think it's pretty obvious what the cause is. Pay your employees better, treat your employees better and I can promise you that quality and care from them will improve. Till then, 1 star from me. Not because of the employees, but because of the owners and management.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to finally be able to order only to find out they're only accepting exact change. Card reader is also down. No sign posted for people to see and prepare/warn them. The drive thru is a single closed in lane that you can't pull out of once you're in line. So you wait 20 minutes to not be able to order and then you're stuck to wait another 10-15 just to pull out and go somewhere else. The night crew just do not seem to care at all. Food is good when everything goes smoothly.

Horrible experience every time I come here. I am currently waiting on food. It has been a half an hour, in which most of that time was at the speaker box. The other part, we just sat there waiting at the window where no one was to be seen. I've had to wait an hour before here (a couple of times). Also, whenever I come here they get at least 2 things wrong on the order. Which they did tonight and she (the lady at the window) gave me attitude when I pointed it out. I understand times are tough and people are short handed, but the service here is absolutely ridiculous. It has been going on too long. And it's not like I can leave if I get tired of waiting, the way the drive is. I get blocked from all directions..

I've been here numerous times. It's often a very long wait after 5 pm, sometimes up to 45 minutes in the drive thru line. They have slightly messed up my orders too many times to count, from special ordering chicken instead of beef on a taco and getting beef, to adding items, to complety omitting items. The customer service itself is sub par, with new employees regularly. I don't recommend unless you have no other choice.

Place is a literal joke. Stale food. Hard rice in burrito. Ordered a nacho fry and the lady with no teeth behind the counter gave me chips and salsa and claims I asked for that. Just a heads up management may want to do a basic English course for that particular employee working the drive thru. Nacho and chip does not even remotely sound the same. Poor attitudes as well. No wonder all the low star reviews for this particular taco bell. Shame. Hope the pay isn't above 12 an hour...
