The wait for food has always been long and after today will definitely never be returning again. These are apples from my 1 yr old's kids meal. Not only were they brown and mushy, they had a funky smell. Also there is mold on them...how old were these?? this is what my one yr old would have ate but I always inspect her food, I didn't even let her eat her chicken wrap after I spotted the mold. Wish I could give it zero stars

Slower and slower. Usually the food is pretty uniform with the other locations. But the service is painfully slow. In large part due to only have ONE register. And the guy taking orders is often assisting the kitchen put orders together. Drive though is slow, dining room is slower. I walked in today and there was a line 15 deep. The drive through was lined up around the drive. The poor dude at the register STILL had to help the kitchen staff put orders together. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait and left after the line didn't move for 5+ minutes. Get the kid some help!! Clearly this location is not staffed properly for 12:30 on a Friday. But when I thought back on it, I realized this is the case every time I've been there for lunch in the past couple years. Add a register/staff/kitchen facilities. You can't handle the volume with your current set up.

Worn down building , dirty and slow
Long long wait walk-in or drive thru doesn’t matter wait will be bad
Come in to people watch and watch the employees not have a clue what they’re doing

It’s 1:11 PM and the manager just told the cashier to stop taking orders 😂 too busy and employees are too slow

Don't even bother going tonight. Something happened inside and they will have you wait 45 minuets plus and they still can't provide the food you paid for. I understand that things happen that are out of your control. You have to let you customers know so they aren't sitting there waiting.
This used to be my go-to Wendy's because of the location, but I will not be back.

This Wendy's has been here since the 1980's, and the only reason it still exists is due to the lack of competition in Edison Park. A majority of the time I go here my spicy chicken sandwich tastes old, like a large batch of them were made in the morning and just later reheated in the microwave. They rarely make anything fresh, and half the time when I walk in there, there's nobody at the counter to greet me. I also hate the fact that you have to ask the cashier for a refill, who is too busy with the line to help you. The only advantage is that the place is clean. I can not recommend it.

Food was good and the same as other Wendy's. Customer service was the only issue. No one acknowledges you, and make you wait and wait until they take your order. Their new touchscreen menu to do your own order isn't working either. And you still have to wait for an unenthusiastic employee to take your order. Fix the "new" touchscreens so we can take care of ourselves next time...

Slow and rude
Worst Wendy's ever. Saturday afternoon at 2:45 today, it was a very long wait in the drive-through with just a few cars. I paid $10 for a burger and chile combo meal. At the window there was no friendly greeting, there were no napkins or a spoon in the bag. I honked twice to get the window attendant to come back, they ignored me. I then parked, asked for the manager. A young girl said she was the manager, then just stood and did nothing as I made my complaint. Then she called over the window server and they both just stared and finally said I was rude for being angry. I said I should just ask for a refund, but they couldn't care less, so I did ask for the refund. I had to go back to my car to get the receipt, but it wasn't attached to the bag. Strange, they said they had it when I went back in. Then an older lady came over and said she was the manager - the younger girl (Monisha C.) was in training. I told her she needs a better candidate. The older lady apologized, gave a quick refund - although they kept my order for some reason. Such a sad experience for a Wendy's I've gone to for many years when I worked and lived in the area - haven't been back in a couple years. Evidently it changed at some point. Lost me a customer for life.

This location ALWAYS messes something up with my order. The drive thru attendant drops my bag of food before handing it to me and I gave him the chance to correct his mistake and give me a new order, to my surprise, he hands me the same bag. I ended up just throwing the food out in the trash. That should say enough, still love Wendy’s but safe to say that I’m never returning to this location.
