Came here couple times and you should never order any food from here. They don't know how to make a simple egg and cheese sandwhich. They are only putting half the end in there and serve it cold. Feels like coffee isn't refresh during 3-6 happy hour.

Very bad service I will never ever go there.i waited for five minutes in the store So i just call twice saying hello any one here. guy was using the restroom and respond saying I’m coming.as soon as he came out instead of saying sorry thanks for waiting he told me have good manners.I’m also in restaurant business I was just make sure if everything ok in there.But instead I get insulted. I would really love to talk to manager or owner about this experience.if they are going to treat Costmer like this I’m sure they will struggle one day keep there door open. 😡

Most morning good service but today not. I explain my order 3 times clearly n slow to be understood. Then my order wrong more water flavor & chargered more never again. Going back to weekdays. Just left upset not worth to ask to fix and get more attitude or plat confuse.

I cant even give a ome star for this branch customer service. I ordered via drive thru and when i changed my order I heared the crew giving an attitude! I let her know thay I heard her. Services are greatly affected by poor customer service! Please have your crew some training especially on customer service. Btw, this branch is on Milwaukee road in glenview.

I come here almost every morning. The girls are always so nice. They even know how I like my iced coffee. I don't have to tell them they just make and it is ALWAYS perfect. They always get me going for a great day. You girls are the best (Nehal. Pammi, and Pari) Thank you girls for always making me smile. 😊😊😊

The worst service. Just went on Saturday evening. Gave us the wrong sizes, wrong donuts. But of course charged us.
Didnt want to give me what I ordered when I told him. Didn't want to give me my receipt. he threw a stack of receipts In Front of me to go through them myself to find mine. Mind you we were the only customers there. He refused to give me money back. Will never return.

Don’t try to use your dunkin rewards here, they will scan them then say they’ve already been used. Although it’s not even possible to use a reward twice because it disappears after they scan it. The manager told me to calm down they will just give it to me like he’s doing me a favor. Um thanks

Nehal deserves a raise!!! They open at 5 in the morning, but I was driving past & saw the lights on around 4:15 & went in to get food & she didn’t refuse! She could’ve easily said they’re not open yet but she didn’t! A+
