Dunkin'

The drive thru line was so long so I decided to go in. I waited a long time for them to get to me. I am giving all the staff that were working today 5 stars even though I had a long wait. They were slammed and working well as a team. I have managed 2 restaurants and never seen a team work together under stress so well. Not to mention they were so apologetic for the wait, etc. If corporate is reading this please get them additional staff on. They were doing the best that they could under the circumstances. One woman seemed in charge and was delegating and was doing an awesome job and her staff was listening and doing as she directed. Just too much volume for the amount of staff on. I felt bad for the workers there today thus the review. Keep doing what you are doing but seriously corporate get them help. No one should work this hard for minimum wage.

We drove through last night. There was a wait, but the girl running things was on her own running the whole store, both inside and out. She wasn't flustered and wasn't rude, just apologized for the wait. Great customer service. She deserves a raise for doing not only her job, but the job of whoever wasn't there to help.
