Subway

I went in about 15 minutes before closing. When I walk in the girl behind the register looks confused and I stand there for a few seconds looking at the menu to decide what to order (I was only going in to order for myself and one other person so it wasn’t going to be much). After about 30 seconds of awkward silence she told me that they were already closed. I told her the sign says they don’t close until 9:00 and I was only going to get two things (all of the machinery was still on and food was still on the make table). She then told me that they had been slow and decided to close early and was fairly rude about it. I’m pretty sure that isn’t how corporate wants their business to be ran.

First let me say that the 2 girls working were very nice BUT I wanted to order 6 of the ham and cheese sliders with cheddar cheese instead of pepper Jack cheese. Nope, you can't buy it that way, it's pepper Jack or nothing so it's nothing. How smart is it to lose the sale of 6 sandwiches because you want someone to buy a type of cheese that they don't like. Not smart, I'd even venture to say it's pretty stupid
