Dunkin'

Everytime I go into this dunkin donuts it's atleast a 15 min wait and that's going into the store nevermind the drive thru- I'll be standing there for ten mins as they clearly see me and rather than take my order just completely ignore me. I go in here All the time the staff is always rude... I worked at dunks for years and I know this isn't the way it should me. I've had my order wrong MORE THAN ONCE and honestly just tired of it it's supposed to be fast service and instead it takes me 15- 20 mins to get my coffee usually making me late for work.

Dunkin's coffee is always good if not slightly overpriced compared to Cumberland farms and other locations which have the same quality coffee. Donuts are always great. It does bother me that at Dunkin, no matter what store, you have to ask for your senior discount even if you look 80 years old. Simple question if you're in a senior citizen and applying the discount would be a great public relations move. also very happy to see the Duncan is finally gone away from styrofoam cups to cardboard. Only took them years of asking!
