So, I really love taco bell. I do. Customer service is great. Food is amazing. However, they don't enforce wearing masks when entering. A friend and I sat in today and so many people came in without a mask and one lady coughed in her hand (barely covering her mouth) and proceeded to order on the kiosk. I, personally, felt uncomfortable being there. Then, some of the employees/managers were improperly wearing masks...drinking and eating upfront. I work in fast food and have worked in fast food for 3 years now. Drinking and eating/snacking have always been prohibited upfront.

It is a waste of your money and time, they come out with something great and then they cut how much you get. The breakfast wrap used to have 1 1/2 sausage patties in it now it comes with 1 sausage pattie so you don't get as much eggs, cheese and potatoes.

Trash service. No matter how many times I visit the food is always wrong. My food is always cold. If you make changes they never do it. I have had to return +10x to have my order fixed. Its not worth the time and energy. Go to the on bu Krystal or got the The Mexican food place by Publix. Don't go here. I gave up.

Very nice and clean. All employees were very nice. The employee Skyler was very helpful and attentive.

The food is always good and always fresh and hot! only downfall is almost 80% the drive through line is always so busy so you have a long wait which does not bother me but they tend to have orders mixed up or incorrect when given. As was the case in today's visit for me. I had to get out of the convenience of my car reason for a drive thru visit and go inside for them to correct my order.
