If it wasnt bad enough that they didnt have any Black rice today due to supply shortage... or someone didnt order it, the staff member didnt even know what went on an IQ burrito i had to tell him, while he looked at the menu to double check, even if it was his first day it was like 7pm and they have like 3 choices IQ regular or bowl surely not that hard, after informing him what needed to on the burrito I had to watch him poorly put it together looked like he was also trying to spare on the ingredients to avoid running out. This place is a joke the last time i came they closed an hour early.

I love coming to this place but it can sometimes be hit /miss depending on who you get but tonight I had my best burrito experience ever (hands down). Bridgette had great customer service and looked after me even though I arrived way too close to closing! The burrito she put together was 10/10 with the perfect amount of filling, guacamole and sauce. If the owner/manager reads this review - please give Bridgette a raise or promotion. She’s your employee of the month.
