Mcdonald's

I love McDonald's food and always have since I was a kid. Because of that I don't give this spot a bottomed dweller rating. The food you get is usually good, not right, but good. I have yet to get an order that was remotely close to what I asked, or even paid for. I guess I should just remove expectations, order a cheeseburger and be happy and surprised with what comes out. Maybe smokey in the 1st drive through booth will give me a hookup since he has no idea where he is.

I don't review things very often but I had to put in my 2 cents here. Any time me or my husband goes here, the food is awful, old burgers, soggy fries, the drinks aren't even correct half the time. I've gotten sick a few times at this point (avoid anything with lettuce) The line is always pretty long and the service is terrible, I can't tell you how many times I've been there and the order is wrong. Do not ask for anything special on your order because they will just ignore whatever you said, or straight up not give you the burger. Also, the hours on here are incorrect, they open and close whenever they feel like it. We will not be going here again. None of the fast food places on the strip are worth anything. If you want something edible with actual customer service, go to the little caesars down the street, at least they're competent.

Stop by this Monday morning to get my daughter sausage cheese with muffin and An Apple juice had to repeat my order 3 times then they gave me an Apple pie instead of an Apple juice so guess what I get to do go back around through drive-through And get my correct order. Every time this time they mess something up if they would slow down and listen They might get it right but I doubt it because this is every time.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years because its local but I can’t stress enough how much they just don't care about your order. Out of all the times I’ve been here not even half of the days was a preferred experience; 70% of the times the order is wrong and besides that i hate having to repeat myself and I’ve had to do this way too many times at this location. I remember a long time ago some of the employees were laughing at my grandfather when i was younger so he spilled his soda all over the table in return. This has been the worst location I’ve been to in years and it really seems like nobody cares to fix it.

The hours say they open at 5:30am but I have been 3 days in a row and no one would take my order even though there was 3 employee cars parked outside every time. I haven’t ever been able to place an order until at least 6:00am. Really need to update y’all’s hours if your employees ignore customers in the drive thru even when I can see them through the window inside glancing at me and acting like they can’t see me. False advertisement and very inconvenient!
