The staff is very humble and sweet. She prepares the best coffee and hot drinks
I would def recommend the Black Forest melt drink if you are a sweet tooth

This place is an absolute gem. Coffee is perfect every time and the food is so yummy. It was here before the likes of Costa and Starbucks arrived so it's great to have the choice of a local business to support instead.

Very good service, friendly and welcoming. Lots of choice both cakes/cookies and savoury. Order at desk and they'll bring to table. Has outside seating. Newspapers provided. A room at the back as well . I always have my coffee and cookie here when in Newcastle. Also in between 2 pokestops.

Been here twice now since starting work nearby. Food is delicious. Served on a wooden platter. Chai latte different from others I've had elsewhere but nice. Latte good. Mostly breakfast bar style seating with a couple of tables too. Well worth a visit! Food here nicer than the big coffee chains!
