I always need somewhere nice to study for my studies and get some good level work done and I honestly love doing it here. The staff are amazing, always friendly and the drinks and food are always so good, the overall atmosphere and cleanliness is brilliant, I absolutely love it here ❤️

Nice atmosphere and good interior, located in the center. Nice staff and delicious drinks. Be careful with coffee, in this cafe they make a lot of coffee shots in one drink and this has a very strong effect on your heart, and if you ask, the staff will kindly make your coffee not as strong as they should make it. Take care of your health. Desserts are good, and pastries are often discounted before closing. Delicious bubble tea mango frappuccino, many of my friends love it very much. In the summer they have a nice terrace near the canal. Lots of people and long lines. There are dirty tables, but the staff tries to control the situation and clean them quickly

I was pleasently surprised to find a seating area right next to the canal. With the sun being out, it felt like I was having coffee in Venice!

I love where they are situated right by the canal. It gets a lot of sun too. Sadly, the new decor is very distracting, not to my personal taste. Coffee is great though, and food is always top-notch.

Costa in Newbury Town Centre. A good place to do a bit of work as plenty of tables with plug sockets. Gets busy as it is a good size. They have a training academy next door.

Recently refurbished. This must have the best view of any Costa, sitting beside the Kennet and Avon canal. Swans, Ducks, Geese and barges gliding by as we sipped our coffee.

Super friendly kind staff. Nothing seems to bother them.
The queue can be long and you may have to wait.
It's clean inside.
Out the front could be cleaned more regularly or out a bin outside.(front of store).
Coffee tastes ok but no "wow" factor (I like Americano but the taste is not there compared to another coffee shop) keep trying different ones until you find one that you like.

Even though I've made some recommendations I still enjoyed Costa's child friendly atmosphere. There is something magnetic about this store.
Update: Seems Costa has taken some feedback. The outside of the store is now clean and tidy. The new look store is as if COVID has never happened, it's bright, clean, super friendly staff.
