Bojangles'

Went through the drive thru to order, was told that they were out of sausage if all things. I ordered everything that was on my list that didn’t have sausage. Got to the window and wanted to add on something else for the person in my car who didn’t get to order their sausage biscuit (since they were out of sausage). I’m told that they can’t add anything at the window. So I pay then they made me pull up to wait for the 2 chicken biscuits that I ordered 😂 so you can’t order anything at the window but you can still make the customer pull up into a parking space to wait for their order? Make it make sense

Lack of customer service was absolutely rediculous. If you don’t want to do your job with a positive attitude, then quit! So rude for simply placing an order Don’t quite understand the issue with that. I honestly want to call the corporate manager and get this location in Newberry closed down. Oh yeah and my Mac and cheese was cold.

Staff is very rude, low class and unkind to customers. Every time I have visited Newberry and stopped here, my order has been wrong and/or had items missing albeit they charge me for a correct order. I would not stop here. If the West family would allow Chick Fil A to build in Newberry, perhaps then the town would have an establishment with better service and better food.

Went to this Newberry Bojangles 3/10/22 around 615pm. Young female taking drive thru order was very rude, unkind, yet was having a great time with her coworkers inside the window. When the window opened and her hands held out my bag, all of the good time laughing and humor she had inside disappeared. All I got was my food, emotionless lack of words, and an aura of hate to go with it. Won’t be going back here for awhile.

The food might have been good, but I will never know. Entered the dining room, but I was told they only had orders in the drive thru. Waited for several cars in front of me only to be told they were out of sweet tea, several other beverages, and Mac and cheese. Gave up any hope at that point, cancelled the order and went next door.

I have went to this establishment twice in 2 days. On day one. I went around 9:03 pm. I waited in drive thru for 3 minutes before anyone came on the intercom. I said hello about 4 times. And finally when someone came on the intercom she said we only have wings. Didn't greet me or anything literally just said we only have wings. I drove off. The next day I went around 9 again. I went thru the same scenario waiting for someone to say something on the intercom. Finally after me saying hello multiple times the worker came on intercom and said we only have biscuits. I said mam it's 9pm and i just went thru the same thing yesterday. Her response was do u won't a biscuit very rudely. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. They are very rude and lack everything around 9pm. I have witnesses that were in the car that can testify to this action.
