Considering I’m from Wisconsin visiting South Carolina, this is probably the best Subway I have ever seen. Staff were very hilarious with jokes. Also handed my food with care. :-)

Normally the food and service is good at this location but today there was only one lady working and she was very slow. I waited almost 30 minutes in line just to get served and I asked if she could make both my sandwiches at the same time and she proceeded to make them one at a time as she did with all the other customers orders. She was rude, wasn't wearing a mask, and her customer service skills were lacking. I had one sandwich toasted and the other the meat was heated up and they both were cold. The veggies were wet and soggy and she used the same dirty knife to cut everyone's sandwiches with out changing the knife or cleaning it off. I'm not a happy camper. If someone is gonna work in customer service and be rude and roll their eyes at customers then they shouldn't be working with the public.

Been trying call in an order for 30mins, no one ever picked up the phone. Not only that, I arrived at the location at 8:26 and they were already closed, though info on Google says they close at 9. I've tried to give them several tries, but after this, I'm done....smh!

Closed 30 minutes early, used white bread when I asked for wheat bread on my online order, didn't give me any napkins. Don't think I'll be coming back to this location.
