Panera Bread

The food is usually really good and the manager always makes things right. But I found a hair in my potato soup .. I found plastic in my salad . I told the manager. He did ask how he could make it better , but there’s no way to do that if you’ve already eaten it . I’m worried to eat from there again , because of that. But it’s a great place to eat. The tables should be cleaned more

I went to this Panera multiple times a week, and ordered through rapid pickup but they ALWAYS mess up my orders. The food is great and management is very friendly, but it honestly seems they have no quality control for the orders. I work in a restaurant too and understand mistakes are made, but NEVER to the extent they are made here at this Panera. I have never written a review for anything before but I just needed people to know that if you’re in a hurry and want to pick up some food on your break like I do, BE CAREFUL. One experience I had, I ordered a pick 2 with a salad and a sandwich. They only gave me a whole sandwich, so I let them know I still needed my salad. Only after getting all the way home I realized it was a turkey sandwich (and I don’t even eat meat) so it was pretty disappointing. I then called to see if I could just get a refund and eat somewhere else at that point, but they said they couldn’t refund me unless I went back to the store. When I went back, they remade my sandwich and salad and they were both made wrong anyway but I just gave up because at least they’ve didn’t have meat or dairy. My next experience there was pretty infuriating too, because I was on break and with mall traffic it took a long time to get back to work. I thought if I only asked for one thing, NO FETA on my sandwich, they could do that, but apparently not. I feel like the employees don’t even know how to read the tickets. I have wasted so much money there, it’s really shameful. I only kept going back because the food is good, but I can’t take it anymore. I genuinely hate this Panera at this point. I will never go back. Sorry for the long review but this Panera is the absolute WORST restaurant I have ever been to in terms of order accuracy. :(
