Convenient place to stay if you want to get to airport for an early flight. However you need to set your alarm for a wake up call as they do not provide wake up calls. They do have a good service with regards to complimentary airport drop and reception and other staff are really good.
The rate for the room and 24hrs room service was very high.
We checked in at 1am and their representative picked up from T2 for only Rs200 and we checked out at 6am in the morning. They charged Rs. 3880/-.
Flash was not working in the bathroom and didn't get hot water also.
Water was not complementary , needed to purchase from them on Rs 60/- per bottle.

Worst experience. Rooms are expensive and extremely small. We had to just stay for the night because of our connecting flight in morning, but we had worst experience. They don't provide drop to the airport. Rooms are size of matchbox. AC stops working all of a sudden. Their own staff recommends to not order for room service and look for better hotel. So you can imagine how disgusting the place is. Only good point is that it is close to airport, and staffs(except those on reception) are nice.

Only the location of this place is good. The quality of rooms and food are below average. Whereas, they claim it to be a 3 star hotel. If I were to rate, I would give them 0.5 star. Room AC doesn't work. Rates of the food are limitless however the quality is abysmal, though the Airport shuttle is available.

The only positive factor is proximity to airport. Keep in mind that this is opposite arrival terminal and departure terminal is 5-10 mins walk away from the hotel towards left. You can get a taxi for you and your luggage for Rs. 200
They do not provide towels in dormitory. The washrooms are not clean and not in working condition. Restaurant is super expensive and best is to have food outside.

It was a family trip and we booked 2 deluxe rooms. The hotel stay was a nightmare for the following reasons:
1. The rooms were dirty with stained and cracked walls and grimy toilets with dirty water marks.
2. The intercom in both rooms was non-functional.
3. There wasn't even one bottle of complimentary drinking water. They actually charged us 100 Inr for a water bottle.
4. The old fashioned ACs high up near the ceiling didn't work at all and it was the peak of summer yesterday.
5. The beds were threadbare and uncomfortable.
6. The service was pathetic.
7. Considering the horrible standards of the hotel itself, the food prices were EXORBITANT.
The location of the hotel is good so the hotel management is making a buck, looting the customers. This is hotel is absolutely NOT value for money. On the other hand, it was a miserable experience.

OUTRIGHT POOR !!Dont even bother if u want a comfortable sleep after a journey and have to catch an early flight.1. The room finishes before it starts and the bed is not even six feet in length and just like a train birth.2. The AC was rambling like a rotor of a helicopter 🚠and the toilet flush not working.3. The attendant was rude and when I told him the flush was not working he said it does work and it really didn't. 4. Don't go on the pretext that it is near Terminal 1.. rather choose some other place in the vicinity and have a comfortable stay

Awful experience, bad hospitality, Expensive, not up to the service. They charged around 2500 for a stay of 3 hours and gave an awfully smelling tiny (store) room with two small separate beds in place of a double-bed room booked. A big NO!

This year your rates are too high and your card shows complimentary services and u give none .... last year you gave a matchbox sized room for 1800 and this year it went high to 3000 this is not how your customers will like to stay there ...... never coming to your hotel again .... btw i was your customer for last 4 years this time u lost all our group we liked to stay there bt you dont value your customer ..... so we dont want to value your hotel from now on
