Hardee's

I give two stars because I do like Hardee’s generally. But this time I was a bit disappointed. The fries taste old. And I ordered a burger with no pickle or tomato... and somehow four pickles made their way on there. Yet the onion they put on was absolutely pathetic. Not to mention she asked me if I wanted ketchup on this - yet no ketchup made its way on it. But there was so much Mayo and mustard it squeezed out all over. Not impressed Hardee’s. Not impressed.

Food is good, but the staff are disorganized and rude! The drive thru was backed up for 10 minutes or longer so I went inside. Cashier looked pilled out on 6-17-22 at 9:24am. She does not greet customers and allows them to stand around looking at each other and figure out who's order belongs to who themselves!! Food was placed on counter and order number never called. I watched as 3 random people (customers) looked through what was later identified as my order!!! Why is this allowed?

Has recently gone down a lot. The food is usually cold, always fill cups up too much with ice and you for sure don’t get your $3 worth of drink. Only few sips is all you get. Waste of money. Never give you condiments you ask for and then they are closed so unless you sit through the drive through for another 20 minutes you can’t get your stuff.

My husband and I usually enjoy Hardees but the past few lunches we have had have been mediocre at best, this morning we got Hardees breakfast and it was to say the least disgusting. We both order biscuits and gravy with a side of gravy and a large hashround to share. We didn't even recieve the extra order of gravy but honestly glad we didn't because the gravy was the worst part of the order. It was basically water with chunks of flour with absolutely no sausage in it. Can New Castle replace Hardees with another fast food restaurant?
