I genuinely don’t know what these people are talking about with the food being cold or their drinks being made wrong. Maybe you guys are ordering it wrong cause I’ve went multiple times and different times. Not once was my food cold or drink made wrong. Honestly if a worker is giving you a certain attitude you deserve it. I’m friendly and they are friendly back, don’t be a Karen and maybe people will actually like you

The food was fine this past time but I have had issues in the past with food being cold when it should have been hot. But the most recent time I've been here I stood at the counter inside for about 10 minutes before being waited on, and the employees weren't very friendly, almost acted like their job was an inconvenience for them. I don't live in the area anymore so I've only stopped at this location a few time when visiting and each time the employees could have been friendlier.

Best coffee in town. My utmost favorite is the dark roast "Dunkin Midnight" blend straight black for a rich roasted flavor with hints of dark chocolate. The cashier I had today was kinda lazy. Ordered a large midnight and a doz of assorted donuts. Took them 25 minutes to get me my coffee and have them wish me a good day without getting my donuts. I had to remind them.

I’ve tried this location multiple times and they never seem to get it together. You can’t even blame it on the pandemic. This has been an issue well before. Went there yesterday for a Chocoa mocha latte and they gave me an unsweetened ice coffee with whip cream on it. This would not be an issue if it was easily fixable but due to the length of the line and the speed to which the line moves it’s not worth getting it corrected by getting back in line or going into the building. I wish I would have taken the extra time to make sure they got it right but I shouldn’t have to.
