Dunkin'

I don't have an issue with the coffee or food, it's the Staff that's an issue. Here's why I'm taking my business to one of the other Dunks in the City- I frequent this Dunks sporadically; maybe once every other week (I work a minimum wage job and just can't afford to). There's one Staff person there that evidently hates her job. There was one of those (what I thought) was a "Leave a Penny, Take a Penny" cup on the counter. My bill came to 8.02$- I took 2 pennies out of said cup, to make up the difference, as I was planning on leaving a dollar tip (I always leave a tip). I look up to see this employee, mask off, jaw agape, who finally said "How DARE you touch my tips! You didn't even ASK if you could touch that cup!" I tried explaining I was going to leave her a tip, and she wandered away mumbling. I work a Joe job, where I don't have the cash to eat here regularly, but, Thanks to THAT lovely attitude, I'll just go to Pope Island going forward if I have a desire for a Dunks.

30% success rate on simple drinks. Accuse you of misplacing your order you have ordered a million times when they make it wrong, even if the label is right or wrong, still isn't right, amazing. Brandon is wrong, Min wage should start at $1 until you can complete 3 orders with out doing it wrong, then reset, maybe a fail clock in store. Anyways.

Let me tell you something, I visit this Dunkin’ on a daily basis and it’s not the same. Well, 9 months ago I gave this Dunkin’ 5 star rating and had a positive opinion. However, I’m not seeing the same diligence with workers. Clearly it’s not the same Dunkin that I knew. Let me tell you something that I experienced here, One day I ordered hot caramel latte which I always order and guess what I got ? Just whole milk. I was like what ? I didn’t order this, I went back and asked didn’t get a proper response which I didn’t like also to be honest I’m disappointed on my every order. I so badly wanted to give single star but I still see hope and gave 3 stars, so please pull yourself up and please give us the same service that you guys gave 9 months ago. The kids who work there they need more training, that’s what I feel. Thanks.

Convenient location. I ordered the Dunkachino. It tasted really good. It amazes me how sometimes such an easy drink, a staple of Dunkin Donuts, can be poorly made. Sometimes way too watery. This was my first time at this location, and they did an excellent job. Service was pretty quick too. Free parking in the rear was useful.

Coffee is inconsistent. And everytime we order cheddar cheese bagel twists they say they’re fresh but always hard as a rock. When we complain they said whoever baked them over did them. Then why sell them if they’re rock hard and nasty. Orders are always wrong too. We’ve given too many chances. They don’t even offer to give you anything to replace the bad food with. Time to find a new coffee shop
