Great little café in Barrowford.
Lovely little cafe, nice views over the park, homemade comfort food and a great brew. The staff are friendly, welcoming and don't skimp on the portions. A great place to chill read the paper and enjoy your breakfast!
Friendly service but unfortunately inedible egg mayonnaise. Called in for an egg mayo salad box and for some reason the egg was cooked in the microwave. The result was something that looked like egg mayo with the texture of overdone …
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We paid £3.50 for a sandwich - two slices of bog-standard 50/50 Kingsmill bread meanly filled with seriously bland egg mayonnaise. The audacity to charge £3.50 for such a measly sandwich is astounding. The cafe itself is lifeless and lacks any sort of character. I would avoid at all costs!
