Pretty flavorless. The "hot" sauce was like medium salsa. Not bad, per say, but just nothing special. Taco Bell has more flavor.
Also had a kids rice and beans which was barely more than a tablespoon of each for like 5 dollars. If you have a kid who eats a lot its barely a snack.

Amazing food! Super friendly service. Wasn’t sure if the spice level for extra hot was hot enough, so they gave me some on a chip.
For those who like spicier foods I’d recommend the extra spicy chicken burrito!

Went on Canada Day long weekend and it was great, better food and value than the “expensive” other Mexican in town. The beef burrito was huge and flavourful, and the chipotle cheese dip was refreshing and unique. Quick service too and nice patio seating.

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed with the food. The sign outside says “best burrito in town” so we were very excited to try it, only to bite into a very bland flavourless burrito and the taco aswell. Also, it is way too hot in there for the workers, I can’t even imagine how hot it is in the summer time for them! They deserve and NEED to have some AC in there! Can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down for that. Very dangerous.

Had the fish taco. Good price but not good food. Would rather pay more for something that tasted better. It looked like canned fish stewed in broth served with shredded lettuce and that’s it. A gross watery mess actually. Apparently the beef ones are good.

We loved this place last year. And of course, we came back this year to eat some awesome tacos, but what a disappointment! Fish taco is tasteless with small soggy code inside. Other tacos were just ok, nothing great. I agree with some the below reviews that guacamole is now just a green blend without avocado taste. We won’t be back again till I see the owner taking action to bring food quality back.

Fiancé and I got food poisoning here.
We both got burritos, which were watery and bland and mushy. Neither of us finished them. We also got the tortilla soup which, in comparison to the burritos, tasted like they poured a whole packet of taco seasoning into the tiny cups.
And then later that night bad, bad, very bad food poisoning.
Usually I would want to give a second chance but I haven’t been sick like that in a long time and I don’t think I want to take a chance!

el taco definitely has the best burrito in town going to eat there is definitely something you need to experience, the workers are so nice and friendly and I've never been disappointed by there service. Although i think they should invest in having a delivery service i’m sure they would get a lot of business as well as happy and satisfied costumers. :)
