Says open on website but the business is completely gone, the sign and all. No help from management or owners during multiple problems with service.

Came here once this year and last year during Katsucon.
They tell me they don't make the sub I wanted so I have to pay extra to make my own sub with the exact same items that's supposed to go on it.
The sandwich was fine but the customer service wasn't great, but it'll have to do for just once a year.

Service is horrible. Asked for a breakfast sandwich at 1103am and they refused to pull an egg out of the refrigerator because breakfast is over at 11am. Not like breakfast food disappears. Would probably have helped if I spoke Spanish as all patrons were Spanish speaking. Lady was just rude

Got what I wanted but I gave it only 2 stars because I had a very bad experience with the cashier. I had a Subway gift card with sufficient balance but wouldn’t accept it and kept saying I can’t use it and had to use cash.
