Most chain restaurants are very standard in nature in regard to offering the same products all the others ones have, but this specific subway stands out because of the people. Which makes it phenomenal. Love talking to these people everyday that work here, and I love Kim! :) She’s very sweet and creates a better more positive environment around her

This Subway was by far the most efficient, professional one Ive ever visited. I suggested to the manager, posdibly owner, that his sandwich maker was the most efficient worker Ive ever seen. Enthusiastic as well. They made a good team and the location was clean and easy to find, get into with an open lot to park, a rare find on 21st in such a busy downtown area of Nashville near Vanderbilt.

Came here after a horrible experience at the Subway at 5633 Charlotte Avenue, Suite 101 never going there again! The female staff member at this store provided great service and made the subs perfectly. She did not add an extra bacon fee when I ordered the Chicken & Bacon Ranch Sub that comes with bacon. Great service will come to this Subway from now on.

I was interested in having my sandwich toasted, however the toaster was not working.
The service was fair and the food was good. There was a short line. The restaurant was clean and the only reason for 4 stars is I was disappointed about not being able to have my sandwich toasted, however things happen.
I recommend this Subway! #EatFresh

The young lady that waited on me was very nice and asked me what I wanted on my sandwich and she pick ed she fixed it perfectly and I like to thank her for her nice talent and putting my matters first so I'd have a great sandwich she's on 100% job I suggest everybody eat at Subway there at that location cuz they work real hard on satisfying you

This is by far the best subway ive ever seen. My brother come from hawkins county to vanderbuilt for a cancer biopsy and they were locking up and didnt even know he had cancer and they opened back up cook their order and have them each a sub then found out about the cancer as ask to pray. The world needs more service and more people like this thank you very much..

It’s a Subway sandwich shop, don’t get to excited.
If you’re in a rush, this isn’t the place to go. Everyone seems to be stuck on slow-motion speed.
They did put a lot of chicken on my sandwich, so that’s a plus.

Skinny young black man made my night!! Fixed my daughter's and my husbands sandwiches perfect. Im very picky and particular (also very pregnant) Must say this is the Best Turkey Bacon Guac I have had from Subway in a while. Was not stingy with my toppings or sauce but sandwich was not too messy either. Store was clean and well stocked for being the end of the day and a weekend at that. Money well spent.
