Y'all THEY MUST BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! LISTEN I dreaded this Mickey Ds for some time now but sweet iced tea is a must for me. I decided to swing in and was greeted politely, wasn't rushed to place an order, got my food fast and the quality was bit better.(fresher is better). I came a second day and it was the same. I HOPE this is what I will receive the next time and future visits.

You can tell that there's been changes and service has improved.
Still need a little customer appreciation at window. All you need to do is smile and say thank you. Even if you don't feel like it. It will eventually make your day go smoother in the long run. I know it's not the best job but you make it just that more pleasant for everyone with a 😃.

Came here on Wednesday, 6/7/23 at 11:30pm (30 minutes prior to closing) after the concert at Geodis Park. Service and food were AMAZING! Kudos to the night crew working!! Thank you! You all deserve to be praised.

They have a good clean store with friendly people and good food fast the only thing that I can say that they can improve on is they could be a little faster on the counter to take your order but beyond that they're excellent way better than the one downtown which sucks by the way

I don't like when they shut down the cash payment ordering register/cashier counter. Then either have to order through app or ,kiosk with card or some other form through data,phone &/or web. The last option is drive-thru if I want to pay with cash, but when I walk or ride bicycle it can be less desirable with other customers not so polite or respectful to others when they're in a hurry

I'm just rating the single experience I had recently: the kiosk-based order process was easy. The limited interaction I had with the staff was pleasant. The facilities were all clean. My order was correct, and everyone in the family enjoyed their food.
Can't ask for too much more out of a McDonald's, I guess, so 5 stars it is for my "extremely adequate" experience.

Great service, quick, extremely friendly people. They even walked my food up to me as I was getting my drink. Just to give you an idea. I ordered for 3 people, me and 2 friends from work. I asked for extra lettuce on my 2 chicken sandwiches (McChicken). Was hot and fresh. Recommend this location as a quality fast food restaurant.

Every time I stop at this location, everything is on point!! This has to be the most well managed store in the Southeast US. Dining room is always open as stated on the door, as well as Google maps. Not to mention the fact that it’s CLEAN, unlike other locations in the Nashville area. Food came out hot, fresh, and quickly. Other locations need to be visiting this store and taking notes. They’re the only ones doing it right!

Stoped by ~9:15 for a coffee and the doors were locked. Only drive through open. Two lanes, sat so long in the outer lane with out being asked for my order that I had to switch to the inner lane. Paid cash for my order, was handed my receipt with out my change. Had to ask and employee said "oh I forgot". Hard to do in less than 20 seconds. Order was fresh and hot. 🙂 Service was poor. ☹️
