O'charley's

My mother and myself dined in at this location on December 9, 2019 at approximately 5 PM. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. I spoke with the manager of this location whose name was Alicia and informed her of what had happened and she immediately sat down with us. She took out orders and brought the food out to us and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Also the general manager Sammy came to our table to make sure that our experience was a great experience and apologized many times for not having someone there to take our order sooner than 15 minutes. Both Alicia and Sammy are wonderful team players and displayed outstanding customer service as they went above and beyond to make sure that we received an excellent experience while dining at this location and we greatly appreciated it!!!!

I was reminiscing about a lunch my wife, Denise, and I had at O'Charley's Restaurant in Nashville back in 1991. Denise was pregnant with our first child, Amy Lyn. We flew to Nashville to see my good friend, Robb Houston. Eddy Arnold invited Denise and I to have lunch with him and his wife, Sally, at O'Charley's before we flew back to Houston. Eddy Arnold knew my mom, Katie Rowe. He was such a talented person who was so kind and giving. I don't remember what I ordered because I was so fascinated by the stories of all the US Presidents, actors and musicians he had entertained and met. God Bless Eddy and his lovely wife. They passed years ago but his music will live forever.

Went for my birthday and it was great. They have a good variety of alcoholic beverages if you drink. The steak was made perfectly and when there was an issue, they had no problem cooking something further when asked. Our waitress was awesome and very accommodating. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We were seated right away, no issues.

I went for lunch at noon with my friend. Our server, Julie, was one of the best servers I've had anywhere. She was friendly and attentive without any weird fake gushing or hovering that sometimes happens. The manager was also friendly and checking in the patrons in a genuine way. The food was good and arrived hot and in a timely manner. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was the wait we had to be seated. It wasn't busy AT ALL and there were many open tables, so waiting at all was puzzling.
