This Starbucks is very comfortable and connected from the outside and inside of the mall at green hills. Typical fast Starbucks.

Very friendly. Explained the difference in the coffee, and sizes of cups by their unique names. It was cold in their as all the Starbucks I've visited.

This is a extremely busy location but the staff was fast, efficient and friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating available.

I am a partner at another Starbucks and a few of the other stores I’ve been to have positive energies and kind people, but they don’t live up to this one. I think I came in on a spirit day and they seem like such a fun crew! Bruce seems to be an energetic guy and Pierce is a very nice person who is very helpful when greeting customers. Their store as a whole moves quickly, efficiently, and positively energetic.

Jake (I think was his name?!) was soo nice!! He greeted everyone with a friendly smile and made sure to ask how their day was. He saw my shopping bag ripped when I came up to pay and offered me a Starbucks bag to hold my stuff. Great customer service!!

I always have a good experience and I go pretty often. Lines can be long, but that's common at any Starbucks. Nice cashiers and baristas.

On the frozen, snowy Presidents‘ Day this year—2021–they were the only store in Green Hills that was open... with smiles on! Good Job!

Clean and staff is really nice! One time I went they did not give me almond milk though. So if you have lactose intolerance like me just make sure you check.

Took a minute to get my frap, but it was worth it! Mocha cookie crumble was a chocolatey surprise! I usually order via the app, but had some gift cards I wanted to use....but, it bided my time while I waited on the valet guy! Overall, this Starbucks is a good one. It's time for a little over haul, though. The roof was leaking and that mall is too nice to have a run down Starbucks!
