This location is in Opry Mills Mall. I ordered ahead on the app, which I would recommend as the line can be long, especially during peak hours. My order was done quickly with 👍 customer service. The baritas were all hustling.

These poor people just try to serve people, and people are so arrogant and rude. ait made me sad when my husband did something as simple as use, please, and thank you, and I overheard the worker say to another, "he was so kind. I wish more people were like that." Kindness is free! Be kind!

The crew showed up on the coldest day of the year even tho several stores in the mall were closed because of it. They were working their best to provide outstanding service, apologizing foe the wait and working as fast as they could. They didn't get angry or flustered, were professional and the coffee was great.

I love Starbucks. Their drinks and cookies are amazing especially the mocha frappuccino i replace the milk with Almond milk and I add two shots of vanilla. I also like the vanilla bean frappuccino. Sometimes I get those with a warm Cookies Yum. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because they are expensive.
